What Ledgeora does today

Three things, described plainly. If something is not on this page, it is not in the product yet.

Your stock list

One list of what you sell, what it costs, and how much is left.

  • Every product carries its selling unit — a length, a bag, a roll, a kilo — so the till speaks the way your yard does.
  • Set a low-stock level per product and Ledgeora warns you before you run out, ordered by how far below the line each item is.
  • Add a photo by pasting a link. Staff recognise the item by sight rather than reading down a list.
  • Only an admin can change a price or a stock figure. Staff see the same list, read-only.

The counter

A till your staff can learn in a morning, that cannot quietly get the maths wrong.

  • Tap a product to add it, adjust the quantity, and the running total is always on screen.
  • Every sale is reviewed before it is recorded, so a wrong quantity gets caught at the counter and not at closing.
  • Prices are taken from your stock list on the server, never from the till. Nothing on the counter can change what an item costs.
  • If the connection drops mid-sale and your staff press again, the same sale is not recorded twice.

Receipts

The customer leaves holding proof, and you keep the copy.

  • A receipt prints on an ordinary till printer the moment the sale is recorded.
  • Each one carries a number. That number is in your records against the person who served the customer.
  • Open any past receipt from Reports and print it again — months later, if you need to.

What is not here yet

Ledgeora is a trust product, so it would be a strange place to overstate things. None of the following exists today:

  • Alerts to your phone when a sale happens. You see sales by opening Reports, from any device you are signed in on.
  • Payroll, or anything to do with paying staff.
  • More than one shop under one account.
  • Working offline. Ledgeora needs a connection to record a sale.
